Default Raptor Suspension Questions

I have 2008 Raptor 700 with the fully adjustable shocks....but I have no idea what settings to go with. I've never had this quality of shocks before and was wondering what adjustments to make...
I weigh, 220 lbs. I ride lots of deep whoops on woods trails. The stock settings seem ok I just was wondering what adjustments to make in order to soak up the deep whoops, ruts and tree roots a little better. Any advice will help.
