what jetting should i use

heres the mods im going to be putting on

i guess ill have to run it without the air lid or can i just remove the whole air box since im going with the clamp on style filter?

First, I don't think you will see any difference between removing the air box or running with no lid, so I would run with no lid so that would give you some protection, especially if a little water splashes. That being said, I would order a jet kit from someone like dynajet. They will give you everything you need for rejetting and a baseline to start. Usually, they are right on and make jetting easier. Just remember one important thing while rejetting: Always write down each step you make and the change you make and take one step at a time once you have established your baseline so you don't get confused. Good luck and enjoy your new mods, should give you plenty of added power. You may consider a new cdi box too to take full advantage of the mods you are adding!

yes it does make a big difference in power with your lid off, but in return your jetting has to be richer and it will be a little harder to get jetted right, you dont have to run with it off but if you like a deeper sound and a lil bit more power then thats usually what u will get but i wouldnt recommend running no lid unless u have an outerwear
