03 raptor help

Default 03 raptor help

my raptor will start and idle fine . but when u try to give it gas it pukes and spuders . i already cleaned the carbs . the parking brake sensor is disconnected at the bars . any suggestion ?

Default 03 raptor help

1st thing that comes to mind is the parking brake sensor, but since that is already done, the reverse sensor could be screwed up. Make sure it is not half-way engaged in reverse, and that nothing has the reverse cable in a bind where it will not release all the way.

Default 03 raptor help

raptor450 is right,, i had that happen to me when i rode my through a creek. it is on the right foot peg, mine had some dirt and grim in the rubber boot making a bad connection.

Default 03 raptor help

I had the same problem with mine. After checking all the wirring cleaning the carbs, checking the e-brake over and over and finally disconecting it and checking the wirering again, turned out to have some water in the fuel tank. Drain it flush it and see. No clue how it got there but it was there.
