I haven't had a problem yet with my All-Wheel Drive. I think a lot of problems w/Polaris AWD can be solved by regular maintenance i.e. checking hub fluid and changing fluid as recommended in the user manual, grease before and after every ride etc. I think that eliminates a lot of problems. A small price to pay for the performance I get as far as I am concerned. The main reason I like the Polaris selectable 2WD-AWD is the ease of steering...unlike other full-time 4WD or 4WD with lockers. They all have their advantages though. There is a wealth of good information on these message boards. Pick what is best for you and don't limit yourself to 1 brand. Lots of choices out there.
