raptor rev limiter

Default raptor rev limiter

i have a 2002 raptor and when ever im riding my rev limiter seems to come a bit early, also my reverse light doesnt work and there is no reverse rev limiter.

now i can pin real quick and it will rev all the way out like it should but if i try to hold the throttle at half throttle in first gear or neutral it will cut out.... its not my parking break i know that

is this a 350 or 660? 700 maybe...lol, its gotta be a sensor tripping or a bad connection maybe

Default raptor rev limiter

When was the jet kit installed and who installed it? Sounds like the carb may not be set up right. And when did all of this start happening?

its a 660...the guy who had before me was the first owner so i imagine he put the jets in or someone he knows. it didnt always do this until recently, i cleaned my carbs, i cleaned my air filter, changed my spark plug, and adjusted my valves. it runs better now but it still cuts out in first and neutral if i hold the throttle
