ur gonna havta find out your idle screw on your own, just warm up the bike and start turning that screw down until the bike dies off, back it off a turn or two (I only put in half a turn, I like it to hardly run ) for the air/fuel I'm assuming ur talking about the mixture screw on the bottom of the carb, I'd screw it all the way in and back it out 2 1/2 turns. But once again, ur gonna havta tune it.

What kinda problems were u having after the 2 hours? U can probably get a rebuild kit from the dealership. BikeBandit.com has a full list of oem parts for warriors I believe. So u can allways try them.

You may have to put fresh gas in and clean out the gas tank. If the fuel/air screws were not right or at least not close, it would have shown it's face in that 2 hour period. The factory settings on the air screw are about 2.5 turns out.
