jet for pro circiut pipe

If it's a Blaster and you are at sealevel it will be a 330 on the main jet with the needle on the second postion down from top and the pilot will stay stock, air box lid removed, air screw at your own preference. usually around 1 and a half to 2 turns out. If I am not mistaken the Banshee also has 28mm carbs and the jetting may be close, not sure tho, I know that that this jetting on a blaster absolutely makes it rip! That is with a full FMF setup, give it a try if not maybe that will be a ball park start for you.

I actually went to a local shop and they had all of the main jets I needed for testing until I got it perfect, someone told me what jet range to go so that is what I went by, I used the stock needle so all you should have to do is match up a few main jets, just the jets, I would get a 310, 320 and 330 main jet and try those, way cheaper than gettin a jet kit, the mains are only around 3 or 4 bucks individually, I have also gotten a lot of jets and such from this site, very knowledgeable. www.motorcyclecarbs.com

Are you just putting the pipe kit on it? stock air filter? ok, if it´s only pipe kit on it at sea level start on #30 on pilot jet, 280 on main jet clip position on the 4th grove from top, check the plug if its really dark go back to 3rd position from top, if too light white, go to #300 on main jet, ok that is for stock filter, if it use the K&N open filter (that is what i use) or other aftermarket air filter (open), go to #330 on main jet, and play with the needdle to get a better response on the bottom end, also a boyesen dual stage carbon fiber reeds will help on the response, and gain on hp and torque.
Have fun!!
By the way i use the B-1 from toomey it works great!!

I ran a stock foam filter with the air lid off with a 330 main with the clip on the second position down from top, stock pilot, stock reeds and super crisp, absolutely ripped! Rode it for over a year that way pre-mixed at 32:1 without issue until I sold it, the guy who has it now 2 years later still has the stock piston and rings in it and it still ripps!!
P.S. K&N filters let in tons of dirt, and will be the death of your rings, just hold it up to the light and you can see the holes in the filter media. my friend actually has sand in the bottom of his carb that he has to clean out every so often.
