Many of you have posted your changes to the Raptor pilot jets. I have yet to have some seat time to test my changes, but my desk time found the following print from Dynojet:

"The Pilot Circuit contols 100% of the engine idle and 25% of the transition onto the needle. Dynojet has found that the enfine will idle with the standard pilot jet, with or without the air-box and with the slides and needles removed from the carbs; therefore WE NEVER CHANGE THE PILOT JET. Doing so is proof that you are not using the other circuits correctly. Idle and off-idle is controlled by the mixture screws and the float level which have the most positive effect below 4000 R.P.M."

I have cut out the snorkel flaps, removed the baffle from the stock exhaust, and re-jetted to 145/150. No other changes. I'm hoping that my power delivery is still smooth like it was with no mods.

Is the snorker flaps the center divider where the air gets sucked into the airbox?

Take a look at the dynojet.com website for the Raptor kit. They have a picture of what it looks like before and after.

everyone seems to be going with 27.5's with their big guns. I tried that with my yoshimura full system and the snorkel removed and some 1" holes and it's still a bit rich, tomorrow I am putting 25's

What parts were included in the dynojet kit for the Raptor?
