Default Jetting/carb issues

Well i took my carbs out it needed no diaphrams so i put those in.. Not sure what the problem is it wont even start but with some starter fluid down the air box its starts up but not for long...I just put a hot cam and full Yoshi system in it about 5 months ago. it was running before i took the carbs out. i have a fmf jet kit that goes up to about 55 jets..it already has a 65 in it should i put Yoshi jets in or should it not matter?

Sounds like you're not getting any fuel and the diaphrams are not installed correctly or something happened when you took the carbs off. It should still start even if the jetting was not right since it was running before.

idk wat carb you have but the float could be stuck up not letting any fuel into the bowl, had that happen to me a few times while cleaning it out
