banshee blew up rebuild questions

Default banshee blew up rebuild questions

since my banshee blew up i was wondering what would be the best bore for motocross

I would just go the next size up from what you have to save room for more rebuilds later. Get a nice set of high performance pistons and you'll be good to go.

yeah go next size up. only get forged pistons because cast crumble after a year of hard running. vertex and namura are cast. wieseco and i think vetoes are and stock are forged.

what happend is the piston ring came off and put gouges in the head

try having someone sand blast the head and if it doesn't look to bad it will work.

head the cylinder walls are fine but i was wanting to get it bored cause i want more power

well if it's the heads then you can get it sandblasted and it should work i done that and it did but you can go with a cool head which are kinda cheap around 250

and if you bore the cylinders it won't give you as much power as you think it will.
