Default 2002 Bear Tracker choke

My bear tracker has been sitting for a year and I put fresh gas and a new plug changed the oil and jumped the battery and it started right up. The problem I am having is that when I push the choke all the way in it stalls. I can ride it around in half choke but it stalls right away when I push it in. What do I have to do to try and solve the problem? Thanks

run some seafoam through the bike. using a carb cleaner spray would not hurt either.

Default 2002 Bear Tracker choke

Yea I ran cleaner through it and took the carb apart and all looks good inside (no tears in diaphragm). I got it to keep running for a little while with no choke with 2 turns out on the needle but it keeps backfiring. What now? Also how do I test to see if my battery is putting out enough juice? What is it supposed to read?
