Take your spark plug out, take a piece of rubber hose, like gas line, put it in the tank and put your finger over the end, a little bit should do, put the end down inside the cylinder and let your finger off, put the plug back in, kick it over, it should start right up. Sometimes you just gotta get things flowing before it will run right, I had an old blaster that would sometimes start right off but most of the time you had to jump it, sometimes not and Id have to do the gas trick... I dunno, worth a try?

This may sound stupid but wack the carb with a screwdriver or something, mabe you have a stuck float? Also check the tank vent hose, on my blaster it was way too long and all crumpled up, cut it and tis been running fine since.

My guess is that you don't have the "crossover hose" connected onto BOTH carbs, it's the little piece of black hose that connects to both carbs for the choke, take off the airbox lid and see if it's connected to both carbs.
