I'm also a fan of the HMF for the Raptor 350 slip-on. It's probably the loudest exhaust that you can buy for the 350 and still sound good. You don't need a full exhaust for the 350, just the slip-on will do. With the pipe, filter, and jet kit you can go up to a 14 tooth front sprocket and gain about 2-3 mph on the top speed.
I bought mine from gopartsdirect.com for $220</end quote></div>
That's good to know about the slip on. On some atv's there is little or no gain by adding a head pipe. A lot of them are good stock and aftermarket only increases hp by like 1, hardly worth the money, imo.

Carb jets.http://www.dynojet.com/jetkits/atv/yamaha.aspx imo jetting sucks but you gotta do it

You will have to adjust the chain, but you will not have to rejet for a sprocket change. The only time you need to rejet the carb is when adding a high flow air filter or when doing air filter box mods (drilling holes in lid, etc.).

aftermarket air filter, HMF slipon, re-jet for both mods, change sprocket. How much power are you looking to attain in the end? that may help people guage just what you may able to do to attain it.
