I need a little help here on this 01 Raptor 660. They raptor stop working while riding one day and has been sparkless sence then. I have the service manual and went step by step. i have check the following.. fuse.. battery ( it was also replaced).. spark plug ( installed a new one) .. ignition spark gap.. spark plug cap resistance.. ignition coil resistance... engine stop switch.. main switch.. pick up coil resistance .. charging/ rotor rotaion direction detection coil resistance .. installed a working CDI Box.. and from what i can see all the wire connections are good and clean. Anyone have any ideal what else i can check.
