Default Wolverine Big Bore Kits

i think my kit was about 550 0r so and machine work cost me 250

now i know i got a deal on the machine work....

as for belst and so on... I cant see it being an issue...i have the haauck work done to my clutch with the blue primary epi sring.....grabs and holds wicked...

i can pull the front wheels into a wheelie with me on the seat no problem at all....

488 kit is very impressive..

The bore kit is 550 plus the cam. The cases are suspossed to be split but mine were done with the motor still in the quad never split them. So it was a little more work for my shop to do but I saved myself another 3-4 hours labor and gaskets and seals by having them do it that way. Plus I had my head P+P at the same time which is why the labor is more also.

just pulled my receipt and double checked. my total bill from fourstroketech was 555 including the cam.....

as for splitting the case, that's cool if you do not have to.... I would be worried about stuff getting in there while making room for the sleeve..... I was in a different situation and found it necessary to split mine, it was full of crud and sand....

I was told that port and polishing the head was not worth the money....be interesting to know the difference of the two on a dyno....

I just did the 488 kit. I have the hmf pipe and was wondering about keeping the clutch kit in it. Do you get more power with or without the clutch kit to match with the 488 kit?

I also have 27's on it
