Alright guys here is one for you. New pick up coil installed, stator is good, parking brake and clutch sensor disconnected and this is what is happening.

When start button is pushed we have good blue spark on the first revolution, but once it is turning over good no spark. Good spark also on the last revolution of the motor.

Please help!!

Grounds have been checked and we have bi passed the starter relay.

I would check the Ignition coil and the CDI, both are possible culprits. I had the same issue with a bad CDI.

I run into the same problem. It ended up being the ground to the CDI. I could stick a straight pin in the ground wire and run a jumper from it to the negative side of battery and it run fine. Then the strangest thing happened. While it was running the jumper came off and it started running bad, then straightened out. It has run awesome ever since!

I'd really seriously be leaning to the CDI box if you have checked and have good grounds all around.
