i have found a 2007 Grizzly 350 IRS with under 200 milesand looks just as good as the ones at the dealer, clean, for $5000 do you guys ans gals think that it is worth it

sounds a bit pricey to me for a 350, never owned a yamaha and dont know their normal pricing. But I paid 6,000 for my 650 brand spanking new.
