Warrior 350

Warriors will never be wicked. They will always be a slug. Their engine was not designed for racing, just leisurely trail riding. You can expect your engine to rev up a lot faster than before, and you will go through the gears a lot faster and get to top speed faster. The engine will also rev a little higher and keep the revs up in the higher RPM's than before, but don't expect a rocket or you'll be disappointed.

I would keep the jetting like you have it. Don't change the pilot jet at all, and you may have to go up 1 size on the main, but I doubt it. After you get it installed, keep an eye on your sparkplug, if it starts to look white-ish then you need to go up a size on your main, but if it's brownish-grey, then your jetting is fine.

My only experience with a warrior was quite a few years ago my buddy and I one winter got bored and modified his old warrior which had a bad engine...I being a fabricator many years ago handle that side of things and he did most of the mechanic work...well we cut the frame and widened it...yup we did...why did we widen it? well we put a 750 suzuki motor cycle engine in it....took some effort but we got it in and wired up and put wheelie bars on the back...double sprocket and chain with rail tensioner...this thing was no slug, but on the maiden voyage we focused so much on the go we forgot the whoa...lol...my buddy almost got killed...anyways....we fixed that, but the major problem we had was all the power worked well on the road but if it went in a dip and flexed the swingarm the and ya came back on to it it would snap the chain..why we wnet double later, but it still was frustrating...we finnaly gave up on it and he sold it for quite a price....but we had a fun few months and helped speed the winter along...lol...

What do you want to know? I've tried a bunch of different cams for comparisons.
