Raptor is up and runnin
#1
I finally got the Raptor running. It has been sittting beside the house since October. I cleaned the carbs, rebuilt them, and was still having problems getting it started. I took it in to the bike shop and found that both intake valves were bent. I went ahead and had them put in a Raptor Big Bore 686 cylyinder kit and replaced the stock top end with a high performance stage 1 headkit, as well as a Raptor high performance stage 1 top end kit. I have yet to pick it up, should be going to get it Saturday. I cant Wait!

The stock Raptor with only an air filter mod was pretty quick. I also added dual exhaust..so I can't wait to ride it now. I have an aftermarket guage cluster on this bike, and could reach 91 m.p.h. on dry asphalt. I am not sure I will take it much faster than that.
