I'll give you that 300ft could be a different story. That's a long distance and the 'shee is definitely going to be longer in the tooth than it's competitor. My experience was the same as the poster in the other thread. I jumped off the line so much quicker, every time that he couldn't catch up before I hit top speed, which is what we always marked as finish (first to top speed).
Yeah, the jump might not be as much as you think. I don't have any experience with newer 450's all "First Gen" if you will. 04 yamaha, 05 honda and such. Prior to bigger bore yammy's and redesigns of the honda's in '06. For the most part they were neck and neck. My bro could just get the jump on me with the 'shee.

hey i have a nice yamaha warrior now and its a 2003 i know its sort of off topic but im new to this site and dont know how to make my own thread.. anyway, so i think my warrior is t slow for me. for mods i have an fmf megamax pipe, stage 2 jetkit and k&n airfilter. so im gunna sell it to buy a banshee and theres a relly nice one im looking at but its a 2001 and has fullpipes and other mods and it looks sweet and im selling mine for 3700 and this one is 4000 any suggestions about the banshee and warrior on diferenes. i ride my warrior on long loging roads some trails jumps wheelies you know just driving fats and having fun tell me what you think ...thanks!
