2007 wolverine 350 oil change-how much oil? what kind?

Default 2007 wolverine 350 oil change-how much oil? what kind?
lost my manual, can somebody tell me how much oil and what kind goes into 2007 wolverine 350

I think oil was 0/30, can I use regular car oil in it?
