Default Headlights go dim

My head lights on my 99 Wolverine go dim when I give it throttle, the 3 wires coming out of the engine going to the regulator were pulled out of their connector so I put each one back in, all 3 wires are white.

Default headlites go dim

Those 3 wires out of you engine are the wires from your stator (like an alternator) so you were running on battery power, ie so when you go to full throttle it needs more battery to spark your plugs, drops the voltage on the battery causing lites to go dim, if wires were put back in place correctly it should be ok and start to recharge your battery if not eventually your battery will go dead while you are riding. your lites should go a little brighter when off idle battery normally at 12volts but off idle stator should be trying to charge battery around 14 volts, volts increase will brighten lites , it will also tell you your charging system is working
