can i keep up with a 400ex?
hi yall im new to this so bare with me.... i have a 2002 yamaha warrior 350 with the following mods...
1. full yoshi exhaust from end to end
2. k&n filter (with open box)
3. fmf jet kit stage 2
4. new gears (dropped a tooth in the front)
do yall think i can keep up with a 400ex?

you should be able to, top end the 400ex will take you, but a stock 400ex should have a tiny bit more low end torque but yours should have better mid range pulling power, in a short drag you should most likely win if not be a tie, ive rode along with a few near stock 400exs and i didnt have trouble beating them on mine, but when there 426s like the 2 ive ran with thats a different story lol.

I had a bone stock 02 Warrior and was riding with a group of young guys on modded 400EX's on a hare scramble trail and literally drove up the a$$ of them. I mashed the tailpipe on his muffler. lol The question is loaded. It depends on the rider. If you are a good rider and they are average then you will win. I think too many people expect modifications to compensate for a lack of talent. A great rider can make an average quad or bike awesome.
