Type of oil for trany?

Default Type of oil for trany?

I am looking for the type of oil i should put into the transmission of a 91' yamaha breeze 125cc. Thanks for take'n a look.

There is no real tranny oil. It's just an engine sump common with the tranny.
Any good engine oil will work as long as it's not "energy conserving" oil.

My 1989 breeze has 2 separate compartments for oil. One takes approx 600ml and it is for the gear box and the other takes 1250ml for the engine. The gear oil should be 10W40 and almost never needs to be changed, unless it gets contaminated. I use Shell Rotella T 10W40 in both. It is seriously the most amazing oil ever and I use it in all my toys. Google it and you will be amazed. Hope this helps.

I filled it with oil and now it won't move forwards. For the most part it sits there and revs up and does not move. If you give it a push (With my son on it) it will start going but it will stall/stop going up a hill. Am I looking at the clutch or the belt. Nothing has changed from this last week besides me adding oil to it.
