qhick question on shifting

Default qhick question on shifting

i just bought a yamaha raptor 350 and when you go trough 1st gear i use the clutch do i have to use the clutch for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th im new to this quads so please any info should help

i have a 350 as well i always use the clutch .but have been told it was not needed. but i would rather have finger cramps then tore up gears

so is it known that gears will go bad if the clutch is not used?

i dont know for sure.. id amagine if it goes in to each gear smoothly no clunk it should be fine .

Yes, always use the clutch. If it wasn't needed it wouldn't be there.
