Smile raptor steering stem compatability

Buddy bent up his stem. He cannot find a stem off a 660 for a reasonable price.
Does anyone know if a steering stem off of a 700 will fit a 660?
Thanks

Lucas

Well what makes him think a 700 stem is going to be cheaper?

But I'm sure there are any number of aftermarket ones available.

The question is whether or not a 700 stem will fit a 660. Yes or No.

The answer is go to Motosport.com and look at their OEM parts blow-ups and see the part numbers. Or call your Yamaha dealer and ask them for a parts number cross compatibility check.

I doubt very much they are compatible according to Yamaha as they are totally different machines. Whether or not you can force it to work is another story.

I'd be surprised if anyone knows that off-hand.
