i have a start problem some times the motor turns over to slow to start but if i tap the starter (which i put in new when the old starter went bad all together) the motor turns over quick and fires first thing. do i have a bad new starter or an alienment problem. i would think the battery and relays are o.k. also my nuetrual safety switch went bad so i have to hold the brake handle to get power to the starter.
