03 Grizzly wants to sputter/stall while cold
 

My 03 Griz 660 is a temper-mental beast. It wants to sputter/spit/stall until it is warmed up good, could take up to 10-15 min. of riding until it will run nice without stalling.

New NGK plug, fresh gas. Don't know if this would be related to the carb issues that I posted about in my other thread last year or not. I don't feel we ever really got that resolved fully.

I finally sent it to a shop & they told us that we had (2) of the jets swapped in the wrong holes. If memory serves me, all of the jets/threads are different sizes, so they can't go in the wrong place...:huh:

So, any thoughts on the bad running while cold situation? It would seem to me that if it were a carb issue, that would not correct itself after it is warmed up.
