03 Grizzly wants to sputter/stall while cold
My 03 Griz 660 is a temper-mental beast. It wants to sputter/spit/stall until it is warmed up good, could take up to 10-15 min. of riding until it will run nice without stalling.
New NGK plug, fresh gas. Don't know if this would be related to the carb issues that I posted about in my other thread last year or not. I don't feel we ever really got that resolved fully.
I finally sent it to a shop & they told us that we had (2) of the jets swapped in the wrong holes. If memory serves me, all of the jets/threads are different sizes, so they can't go in the wrong place...
So, any thoughts on the bad running while cold situation? It would seem to me that if it were a carb issue, that would not correct itself after it is warmed up.
