I would recommend the FMF muffler to go with your FMF header. As far as knowing for sure whether they will work together, I would think you need to check the diameter of the pipes and make sure the one will slide over the other. The length of the pipes should be standard.

I know the FMF will fit, as it says they match up. I was just wondering if the HMF were any better bang for the buck!

Default supertrapp

I have a supertrapp exhaust on my warrior and so far its been great I put that system on because I read somewhere that the best pipe for for warriors is the supertrapp aluminum race siries with the stock head pipe

The powerbomb header is a waste of money for the Warrior. Save your money, keep the stock header, and get an HMF slip-on and you will get just as much horsepower.

Really. I definitly do not want to buy the header if it will do nothing more. If thats the case which of my 2 HFM exhausts are better?? Thanks for all the input

the header does add a lil bit of pep but not much honestly, it should have a tad bit better top end power, the stock header is actually a damn near perfect design for the warrior and still flows good even when modified, for the money you could get something better but its your choice, it makes a power difference just not a big difference...top 3 pipes for warriors are White Brothers E-Series, HMF Sport and Yoshimura RS-3, stay clear of DG and Cobra there are some other decent pipes out there but those 3 are the best, one of the FST guys ran a powerbomb header with wb e-series and it was a good combo for xc racing having a tunable exhaust.

Ive decided to go with the HMF sport series listed above as Exhaust 2. I am going to stick with the stock header. My only question is why would this exhaust not fit a 1994?? If you click the ad all the e-bay auctions for these say 1999-2004. Is there any reason this would not slip on mine, as I am pretty sure 87-04 they were the same. Thanks guys!!!

Yeah the sport series is the way to go. I got mine at gopartsdirect.com for around $200, very good deal. In my opinion, the Yoshimiros are too expensive and the White Bros E series don't sound that good, although the White Bros have performed very well in exhaust shootouts. But the HMF sounds good, looks good, performs good, built good, and they're fairly cheap!

Good choice on sticking with the stock header. You could take that $200 and get a cam that would outperform that powerbomb header any day.

The 1990-2004 Warrior exhausts should all be the same. I even had a 1997 Warrior header pipe on a 1997 Warrior engine in a 2005 Raptor 350 frame with a Raptor 350 HMF and it all bolted up perfect.

yea all in all the HMF is like the best slip on for the warrior they look good and can have different colors, end caps, quiet core, spark arrestor, lightweight, sound freakin awesome, too loud for some people but i love it, power is good and the price is just unbeatable, i think i got mine for 200 something and it came with a spark arrestor, the recommended jet(to rich), and new pipe clamp...stickers and whatnot, wait till you hear what they sound like i know on mine its louder then alot of 450s raptors banshees with no airbox lid and a K&N clamp on it deff adds to the sound on mine i think these were rated for like 105 DB's which is pretty damn loud lol, over in Va on a 250 acre farm with a bunch of fields and some woods area trails in the middle and outer skirts of the property people said they could hear me anywhere on the property easy.
