bad electrical components usually break down when they get warm, have you tried checking the spark on it? maybe compare the spark on a cold start then compare it when it wont run(warm).

ohh, yea the wires coming out of the side cover for the stator get worn, over time with all the wear and tear the wires get frayed and can cause problems with them getting wet and stuff, if i were you while the stator is still good (hopefully) take the side cover off(tilt the atv over and put buckets under the wheels so you dont gotta drain the oil lol) and re-wrap the stator wires really good with electrical tape and that might help, its very common for stators to poop out on warriors, it sucks.

Is it just me, or do all Warrior electrical parts commonly poop out? I've only had problems with a starter and starter relays, but after reading all these Warrior problem threads the past few weeks.....

i took my entire stator assembly apart and re fixed the insalitation on the wires, however i noticed that one of the coil packs on the stator was burnt looking, and had lots of corrision on it. however i was still able to start the bike once after i fixed the insalitation, now it wont start at all. dose this mean its time for a new stator assembly?

aww man it might be to late to save it then, you can perform an ohms test to see if its good or not, the specs for a good stator are in the manual, and if you need a new one order one from Rickys or RMStator, you can also go to there website or call them for help with testing a stator or any other questions.
