Default '86 YFM 225 won't run

OK, I rebuilt the carb on my Moto 4 (new needle and seat, pilot jet, pilot screw) It will start now and idle, but wants to die when I add throtle in gear. If it stays running it wants to die after I go about 50 feet. I've still got a fuel prob. but I can't figure it out. Gas flows well into carb. How do you adjust the pilot screw, but that only affects the idle, right? Any help will be appreciated.

I can,t remember if your carb has an nylon slide gate... if your slide is flat type than i figured it has one... it an off white color inside the top cover the slide goes thru it.Its has two temper proof type screws thru it.. if does!! take you time real real real slow in and out in and out with screws and not to break off...they are two o-rings in bottom that gets rotten or flat that will let excess fuel in circuit that can cause an stumble or kill engine.... may check out....Good Luck...

The floats are good. I have the round slide. It's black plastic.
