Angry please help

so i made the stupidest mistake and lended my atv to my dumbass cousin... idk what he did to it ... but heres the deal its a 2002 warrior the bike ran great before that fool took it.... he finally brought it back to me after a month of me asking for it back and the first thing i noticed was that the atv wouldnt start it just makes a weird buzzing noise and the engine turns very slowly.. the only way to start it is by pushing it and even at that i had to push it with a car it wouldnt start with 2 ppl pushing it.. the 2nd thing is that once its on your thumb must be at all times in the throttle or else it shuts off .. 3rd thing is the pipe throws flames its a yoshi pipe ... its so loud it woke up all my neighbors last night... the flames are constant as im riding it releases flames... any ideas on what this could be??

ps.. dont ever lend your stuff to moron cousins that wont man up to there mistakes sorry im a lil ticked off.. any opinions will help yall thanks

Buzzing noise? could be a blown fuse... or alternator trouble.. throwing flames out the exaust... check your carb good.

The Buzzing is probably your battery being really dead... or you need to tighten up some of the electrical connections.... as for the flaming stalling and whatever else.. is all carburator stuff...I don't much about how to fix it but if I were you I would pony up the cash and have someone who has a clue clean it and adjust it for you..
