I have had great experience with all of these sites:

DGY Motorsports Motorcycle Parts, ATV Parts, PWC Parts | DGY.com | Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo | Motorsports Parts, Accessories, Apparel

Cycle Parts Nation http://www.cyclepartsnation.com

Both sites have prices within 1-2% of each other.. the Reason I have used both sites is that DGY allows mixing of OEM parts with Aftermarket parts on their orders

I just rebuilt the transmission in my quad and Spent $300 in parts another $30 to ship it... if I would have gotten those parts at a STEALERSHIP they would have cost over $450!

Depending on the cost.. you MIGHT want to check on Ebay - usually someone is parting out a quad that got wrecked, but the electronics are fine!
