Wolverine 450 4x4 vs Grizzly 350 4x4 IRS
I know you guys get a lot of these questions but I need some help from some of you. I'm going to buy an ATV tomorrow, and my choice is between two ATVs. I've been on an ATV a handful of times, but mostly used 3 wheelers growing up, and spent much time on dirt bikes.
I'm trading in my 2009 WR250R dualsport for credit on an ATV and my choice, as the title states, is between the 2009 Wolverine 450 4x4 and the 2009 Grizzly 350 4x4. The Grizzly is $100 less expensive, so price isn't an issue.
First I'd like to say that I like the way the Wolverine 450 4x4 looks, over the way the Grizzly 350 4x4 looks. Not that the way it looks will determine which one will better suite me. The Grizzly does look like a "BAD A****" machine, but I'm worried that since it is heavier and won't be as powerful as the Wolverine, I would regret buying it.
I'm not going to be racing around, or even using it for hunting. I'm also not afraid if it has lots of power and torque. But I'm going to simply use it to play around the yard, and in our tiny bit of woods making some trails, as well as use it for things such as plowing the driveway. Maybe one day I'll buy a small wagon to pull in some brush or firewood. The Wolverine's front end doesn't look like it would allow me to easily hook up a plow, whereas the Grizzly's front end does. Also I wouldn't mind getting a winch in case I need it, and again the front end of the Wolverine doesn't look as accommodating as the Grizzly. Please forgive me for being somewhat clueless on the subject.
So you see, I have some reasons to go for the Wolverine, but I also may have some reasons to go for the Grizzly. They both have 4x4 which is great. Hopefully I'll get stuck just a little bit less in the mud and snow. Also I always had great luck with super swamper tires for my 3 wheelers, hopefully they'll do the trick on my new quad.
If my girlfriend wanted to hop on the back and go slowly through a trail I make or in the yard when it snows, there may be more room on the Grizzly and she could grab on to the rack if she wanted to. The lights look like they'd work better on the Grizzly as well. Plus, although I'm telling myself right now that I won't need racks for the front and back, I'm sure they would come in handy.
I'm not going to do anything crazy like race or anything like that. I've always been more of "go slow" kind of person, compared to most. I do like to play in the mud a bit, but I don't think the smaller engine size would hinder that ability. The three wheelers I used to have 20yrs ago were only 200cc and they seemed to be more than good. I'm sure these quads are a lot heavier than my Honda three wheeler though.
Does anyone know if they have plow kits for a 2009 Wolverine?
If you were me, knowing what you know now about my riding habits and what I plan to use it for, which would you buy? Besides the style, the weight, engine size, are there other things I should take into consideration when choosing one of the two?
Thanks in advance for any tips or words of advice.

My thought is to see if they will give you a good deal on a Grizzly 450. Yamaha's website lists it as only $500 more. If you plan on towing and plowing I would want a low range which the Wolvy doesn't have. IRS is also a better ride than the straight axle Wolverine as far as ride comfort goes.

Unfortunately they are both 2009 leftovers, so their prices are $4899 and $4999. I will just be able to afford either after they give me $3800 credit, and tax, etc. Granted I can wait until I can afford more, I'm somewhat of an impatient person. Thanks for the advice guys, ill see what if any other options are available to me.

Its a basket style that is a direct bolt on fit. It still allows you to use your rear grab bar area for a cooler and such and you can use the rack for gear/tools and such. They are $90.00 plus shipping.
