Look, I love me some Yamahas, but at your size you will be underwhelmed with the old school (basically same since the '80s) Raptor. Step it up to the 400 class at least and you will get a slightly larger chassis, more power, better suspension, larger upgrade path, and for not much more $$.

I am about your size (6'2", 220) and I have an 06 Raptor 350. I fit perfectly on mine, and I think it handles better than the same model year 400's. The 400's are nice, I looked at them all before I bought my quad (KFX 400, LTZ400, 400ex), did not care for the KFX or LTZ but did like the 400ex (2005/2006). In the end, they offered me a better deal on the Yamaha than on the Honda so I bought the Yamaha. No regrets!

The Raptor 350 is also known to be very reliable, being very similar to the Warrior 350, it's still an air cooled motor, easy to maintain, less to worry about breaking in my opinion.

ive seen some big dudes fit perfectly on the old warrior and say its the most comfortable sport quad theyve been on yet, especially with a raptor 660 shock. so id assume the raptor 350 wont be much different
