Went riding today and my throttle stuck on me this is the second time this has happened, can anyone tell me what is wrong? The throttle cable fells like its good and not fraded and it does not have the TORS on it. Would appreciate any input to help figure out what the problem is. Thanks in advance.

This happened to me when it was really cold out but the actual slide stuck in the carb. I never did fix it i just waited til it got warmer and thawed out
