Yamaha Warrior Jetting??

Default Yamaha Warrior Jetting??

Hi I have a yamaha warrior 350 and Iam buying an FMF powerbomb,FMF powercore4,Uni Air Filter and have no idea how or what to jet my carb with. I was thinking about going with maybe a jetkit from FMF or something but I still dont know how to Jet, could you help me out?

ill save you some money, forget the powerbomb and the jet kit. go to your local dealer and pick up a 45 pilot jet and a 147.5 main if you plan on runnin a closed airbox or a 150 if open

Ive already bought the powerbomb and the powercore4 though iam just waiting for them to get shipped iam running with the airbox closed
also are you exacly sure about the jets even with the powerbomb on? becuase ill probably use exacly those jets and dont want to be disappointed

yep every warrior owner pretty much uses a 45 pilot and a 147.7 main or 150 id recommend getting both. and a powerbomb header makes no change in performance, it just looks nice

cant they had to ship it in
also I have one more question
1.)what jets do warriors have stock
2.)with these mods do I only need to change the jets or do I need to tune other stuff thats in the carb?

42 pilot 145 main, you might have to play with the air fuel screw to fine tune it. also replace the spring in the accelerator pump with a heavier spring out of a pen

Sorry few more questions:
1.) Is changing the spring something I should really do?
2.) Are jets made for models or is it a one-size-fits-all?
3.) I shouldnt have to adjust my needle right?

the spring just helps with throttle response

you need specific jets just ask for warrior ones

i havent touched my needle, id say just put it in the middle if it isnt already from the factory
