i have no idea about the mechanics, but have some mechanic friends, and we cant figure this out... the quad runs fine for the most part, but after crossing probably 10 streams, the 11th one seems to make it sputter and cough. i can start it again, and after feathering the throttle for a minute, it runs fine again. today when i was out, i noticed the reverse light was flashing. any ideas?

 

sounds like it either drank some water i had that problem after almost drownding mine it keeped sputtering till it dried out but the reverse light blinking sounds like you have water in one of the conectors causeing it to short out
