hi, i have a few questions for you people with these already. I have ordered a full fmf exhaust system for my raptor for $450, regularly 500. How much more power does it give, do i need to change jetting, should i keep the 12 tooth sprocket for the added power in the sand or switch back to the 13 tooth since with will have more hp. Anybody with experience with the fmf full system please give me some feedback and some advice. Thanks in advance, sean

Everyone here is getting tired of the same Raptor questions, but that does not help the new guy who has just bought a quad and has yet to experiment with it. You should ahve to rejet, Im guessing that you should go to a 155, 160 jet combination.I myself have a 14 tooth front and it puls sand paddles just fine. Even in a short drag race the 14 tooth will pull better than the 12. But you may want the 12 for trail riding as the 14 is pretty tall in first gear. Im not trying to get you to spend money, but if you can afford it, get a Pro Design filter kit and take the air box lid off, it makes quite a difference

jetsnow,

I'm with NO2stroke, rejet and open up the other end, ie, airfilter. I have a powerbomb headpipe myself, but with a pro circuit silencer. I like it, but I think it makes more difference in low to mid torque than in the high rpm. I used a Dynojet carb kit which works fine, but if you choose to individually jet, start with No2Strokes #s, as he is a source guide for this topic. Good Luck! R.

Go the FMFRACING.COM.
They have a dyno chart there along with recommended jetting specs. When you get the jetting dialed in, why not take both 12-13 tooth sprockets for testing while riding?
