Exclamation 01 raptor backfires and putts

I just got the parking break cable replaced and i trailer it home its fine for the first couple hours and i took it in the field and it started to backfire and wouldn't get speed up cause it would putt around.
I checked the oil and it was way too full cause it mixed with the gas somehow, replaced oil and filter and still does the same haven't noticed gas in the oil yet, whats wrong with it?

just takin a shot in the dark but sounds like you got a float hanging up in a carb. can you smell fuel at the tail pipe with it running

Yea I can smell gas and we were thinking it was the float, I rode it today and it stalled on me and won't start it will pop and catch for like like a second and die.

Sounds like a carb issue then. Clean it really good and readjust your float...

Not sure how close a raptor carb is to a banshee carb, but heres my banshee carb rebuild vid. Should be about the same.

Ok I got the carb out and checked out the floats and they appear to be fine, I moved them up and down and they move freely.
