Hey guys,

Well I went to pick up my Raptor from its first service today and my dealer started talking to me. A while ago I read on here someone said something about a rumor about the Grizzly going to liquid cooled, a 660cc displacement, and locking differential? I had told my dad about this as I knew he would love to have one. But I told him it was only a rumor. Well him being like me when I heard about the Raptor went running to the dealer and said I wanna be first in line incase this rumor is true. Well back to today! My dealer pulled me over and said he talked to his Rep and he told me it sounded like the info I had (gotten from someone else on here)WAS accurate and they were going to announce the newer updated Grizzly in June. My dealer has been good to us so far and I dont see any reason why he'd BS me. Ive been out of these forums for a while so I dunno this may have already been confirmend......Just thought some people might wanna know. Thanks everyone! Time to take the Raptor for a spin.

If they don't change any other thing except lower the low range gearing about 30 to 40% i'll be happy.

Mudrush,
One of the things I like about my Grizzly is that low range isn't so low that I have to keep shifting back and forth between high and low when the trail straightens out. I just leave it in low and go! It has more than enough power to pull low range at its current gear ratio! Even with 27" tires. When I get to a long flat spot on the trail I just giv'er some gas and go! All the guys I ride with have to stop and shift into hi range. Needless to say, I get there first.
