What do you all think of the new 2013 raptors, what do ya think of the new front hood and graphics, and do you think it will be better than the past models even though it's cheaper

HM..

so-so... still the "squashed" raptor look, sits up tall for the short a-arms. EH..

Plastics sit a bit high... Not my favorite look..

Yeah the 2013 models should be alot better in performance too. Im sure they took a look at the reviews vs. the yfm 450 and raptor 660 and seen that the raptor wasnt that great in the dunes. Prabably uped the gear ratio for higher top end. Just my opinion in what they did but im not sure so dont quote me on anything lol.

Looking at the specs it looks like mostly just a styling update and a few updated mechanicals. I don't see anything that will make it a "must have" over previous model years, unless you are really big into "made in the USA."

Like the look of the old ones better myself. IMO keep the low gear ratio for trail riding!
