I have a 2007 4x4 350 Briun with a speedo and my friend has a 2005 2wd 350 Briun without a speedo.
Looks like the only difference is where the speedo cable connects to the the side of the motor but the 2wd has the spot where it bolts on to, and the the speedo is sunk into the dash. Also my speedo has the reverse and neutral light on it.
If the 4x4 Briuns all have speedos I would look for a speedo on ebay.
The only thing I find useful with the speedo is the trip meter, I use it like a gas gauge. It tells me at 65 miles that reserve will be needed soon.
