I found a 2008 one for sale and the guy is asking $2,200 and claiming it has less than 20 hours on it... I have never rode one before and from what I have read this ATV got good reviews. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

Forgot to mention that I am 6" tall and weight about 160...

 

At 6 foot tall you may feel a bit cramped on a rappy 250. Great running quads. Make sure you check all of the motor mounts for cracks every stock raptor 250 I ever saw that spent any time jumping or serious motox riding has cracked motor mounts

The 250 is a great quad, but to small for a 6' rider. I am 5'9" and it was cramped for any kind of spirited riding. You will be most comfortable on a 400 class machine I think.
