Superwinch T1500 Questions
#1
Hey,
I'm getting a Superwinch T1500 for my Wolverine. I was wondering if anybody has any advice about special maitence or things that should be done.
Another Question that I have is: Is it worth it to get the Nylon Winch cover? I thought it would help protect it from damage but i'm not really sure if it will do much. What do all of you think?
PS>
I am getting My superwinch from Northern Tool Co. and I can get the T1500 for $139. The mount (WITH ROLLER FAIRLEAD) is only 80 bucks! it is a much better deal to pay $214 than $341! They do not sell warn winches but do have the ATV2000lb winch by Superwinch. If you are interested check them out at

Cover? A matter of individual preference--don't think it's to protect from "damage," just a weather cover.
Instead of a cover, I'd suggest you invest your money in a ****** block--double your extraction force and add versatility of angle pulls. Certainly, there's a ****** block in your catalog!
