i have a warrior atv and the person i got it from said he just rebuilt the top end. atv runs rough wont idle and wont start with starter it will roll over but no start. if you pull start it it will run. he said that he mite b a tooth off on timing but i adjusted it and still nothing. but if you line up the t mark and tighten up the ten, it wants too roll the top pully over so it looks wrong, is that normal? any help would be nice. i work on cars all the time but never atv so kinda lost.
