Cool Raptor 660, Need advice

Ok, So I have a stock 2003 Raptor 660, I'm getting a full tune up this week on it. I got this atv in November, previous owner put 10 hours on it since he bought it brand new in 2003. Still has stock tires too ! Stock tires have 75-80% tread life left, should i use & wear these tires out or buy new tires immediately ?? I trail ride btw. What are good tires to buy for mud, water, dirt, rocks, hills, & some sand ?? Thanks in advance !!

I would wear the stock tires out and then buy some unless you need more traction immediately. The stock rear tires kindof suck but the fronts are OK. A good rear tire is the Holeshot GNCC 20x10x9 (I don't like the 11" wide version). They hook like a ***** in all types of terrain, they are 6 ply so they're tough, and they're lightweight so they don't rob the engine of horsepower. They are not cheap, though.
