Unhappy Raptor 660 issues

Ok, so i cleaned my quad this morning and it was 20 degrees out. So I then try to start my quad after, starts right up, choke it, then after 2-3 minutes put choke off, and go to rev it and once i get half way it sputters and backfires with a loud "pop!" then stalls, but will start right back up. Now I rode a couple times before this season and it never did this, this is the coldest its been this season. What is wrong with the raptor ? Or is it just the cold weather and maybe i should warm it up and then go for a short right to get her warm ? Btw, my quad is completely stock except for a OEM replacement UNI air filter. Thanks
