ok so heres the deal i'm building a wolverine 450 from the ground up (new frame) now i dont have a vin number period(as most of you know new frames dont come with vins)ok i was told to have the local police look at it (they dont deal in atv's) i was told by the dcnr the dmv wont look at it(dont know if this is true or not) and yamaha told me themselvs to have the local police look at the frame i'm at a dead end and need major help please i already have the frame should i see what the dmv can do?

 

in Ohio you have to get an "out of state inspection" you get those from most car dealers. You take that paperwork and a bill of sale and get your title. Dont know if that helps in PA

 

Noway it will be impossible but did you try like your local custom shop maybe they could help you.

 

i can take it to ANY offical insection station have it looked at stating there no vin cuz the dcnr makes there own vins i got it alllll taken care of thank you
